Vaulted hollow IAB opinions needed

I'm hoping to get some opinions on this IAB. It is a vaulted example with no trace of silvering.

Is the maker BH Mayer?

Yup attributed to BH Mayer/Schickle. However as the firm went out of business early (before zinc) its as fas as i know its unknown who produced these in zinc (few different details but overall the same).
