Lovely example Anthony. And glad to see you managed "the art" of scanning badges. Can't wait to see more of the wonderfull items in your collection, especialy the PAB's

          Dear Anthony,

As I have told you, this one of an unknown maker completed the regular GABs for the book, I already had the hollow zink and massive zink ones of that type and was missing only that hollow Tombak example.
If I may say so, these are ugly but quite rare. Not a term acceptable for a book, but privately, I call these "dinosaur head". The head seems to be too big and has a square shape like a T-Rex head.

As a warning: Osang marked fakes cast from the massive badges with this very design are known. These fakes are well made and have been around for a while, so some even show great patina.
          Cheers, Frank

Pretty easy advice, buy an EPSON scanner and learn how to handle it.
              Cheers, Frank

I still got the EPSON 1650, so if your scans with the 3170 will not be twice as good as mine, there will be hell to pay!!!!
                  Cheers, Frank
