    Hi

    Merry xmas, zapped up on phone, but what maker is this? I cannot find it in Weber book or in database. Its a circular crimped hiinge plate.

    in my opinion it's an original tombak IAB attributed to Steinhauer & Lück.

        I can only agree with Sven, a fine original by S&L. Not often to find, a nice early one in great condition.

            I agree, it looks good, and the condition of the badge gives it a nice original feel.

            I think you will find that the hinge is just sheet metal and no crimping is involved.

            Better pics will be a bonus when time permits.

              Yes it is sheet metal, I just meant shaped sheet metal, usually say crimped. Oild habit
