    Hi John. Yes, the badge appears in Tucker's book, and Jamie Cross also believed that it is authentic. However, the badge has been discussed and I think the conclusion was that it is "highly questionable". Here is another discussion link:

      Hi John and Lorenzo, very interesting discussion here and in the old thread brought up about this IAB. One of these same IABs is shown on the collecters guild badges page and just sold recently. It would have fooled me easily as it looks like a high quality badge.

        Hi Greg, keep in mind that there is not conclusive evidence that the shiney version is a fake...if you look at the old threads there is just speculation based on the fact that a number seem to have appeared on the market a few years back from what I have read, John
