With your comments and explanations it is obvisios, I bought it at the Kassel show from a reputated dealer, phoned with him now, and he will take it back.
But how close is this fake, without very deep knowledge in these Brehmer badges one can't recognize it. In hand it looks much better as on my photos, shows aging and patina, is very well worked, crisp, and and and.

Decent fake, but the rivets ,pin,and catch give it away.
