Is that Assmann steel by chance?

Since they made steel GABs, I had always wondered if they made steel IABs. And if not, why not...?

Hi Dirk,

All very nice examples, I especially like the BSW and Deschler, just wonderful condition.

I also had the same question as Chad about the Assmann, is it a Steel example?

Chad, Tom, the Assmann is a zincer. Patina and finish looks a bit like on some of the steel GABs, but is not magnetic. Are there any known Assmann steel IABs?
