                      Now why and who would have cut out the grass like this? The manufacturer? Or a postwar owner?

                      I am honestly curious .. and if it was the manufacturer why would they let something like this out?

                            I've seen several of these cut out Juncker PABs with replaced pins. I assume it's because they were in use for a long time?
