    Fake GAB 50 Request your help

    Identified here 7/9/14 as a "common fake".Could you please point out the problem areas,maybe side by side with a good one.I suppose the problems are obvious,but I just don't seem to have a critical eye for this sort of thing.Trying to learn.

      Hi Steve, the stand-out points for me are:
      On the reverse the rivets are poor, along with the hardware & general detail.
      The obverse has issues with the number box, grenade & eagle. Sorry, Stewy

        Have you considered using the search function? Had you done so it would have become readily apparent that this example is bad. This is the second time you've thrown this one up.
