Looks ok to me.

It is attempt to make silver grade from bronze or simply winter camo?

It needs a little acetone bath, to remove the remnants of the fake silver finish/paint, but other than that a nice clasp, I agree.

Wouldn't the Winter camo theory be cool if that's what it were? And what a shame to remove it if so.
If winter camo, why paint the reverse? I've never seen or heard of the practice but it is a pleasant theory to ponder
