    Ritterkreuzträger Gerhard Walther, Schlachtgeschwader 4

Ok.. no badge.. but I guess still very interesting. Today I got this very nice and quit rare " Zigarrenkiste". It belongs to Ritterkreuzträger Gerhard Walther, 4 Schlachtgeschwader. He also was awarded with german cross in gold, honour goblet etc. He got this Zigarrenkiste from his Geschwader after winning the Ritterkreuz! Sadly no decorations, documents etc left. Maybe somebodey knows there the estate is or knows the owner ?

No its cleaned from the last owner and maybe waxed. Look at the threat in Luftwaffe Forum. There are better photos where you can clearly see the dirt, dust etc between the letters and in swastica.
This photos are too bright and shiney. In LW Forum on the other photos you can see that its much darker in real. I am not good in talking photos from larger items.

But One thread is enough i guess. Please moderators delete this one, because there is the same one in LW Forum.

I forgot to say that the inlet ( Black fabric ) is not original to the box. The formal owner told me that. He did that becauce he liked it. So it can Be removed. But I will leave it like it is now
