Noticing the ribbon bar has swords, but the two spanish medals on the 3 medal bar ribbons do not, would the medal bar have had swords also like the Luft eagle is for the 4 yr luft service medal, and swords instead of an eagle (on the spanish service medals)? As swords mean military service usually (Is the bar complete as is, or is it missing swords) Nice medal bar..and shows its age... solid example.

I'm wondering of the 'Medalla Militar Individual' is a german made piece? It has a different hanging mount and the detail and had finishing are not as high as would be seen normally. I'm not saying it's bad, just that it is a bit different.

As Richard says.....ugly MI. On the oder hand, the MI should never be mounted in a ribbon bar (with other medals) and must be worn alone, over te ribbon bar. There are many General Franco's pictures wearing this medal.......I'm not saying it's false, but incorrect.
