    BM Meybauer PAB in bronze

    Hi guys

This week I was finally able to add the last missing BM PAB to my collection. Strangely I always thought I already had this piece, but there appeared to be a hole in my collection (and clearly in my memory as well)!

Not only the addition on its own was nice, but the condition this PAB has remained in is almost unbelievable. Up to the complete original lacquer on top of the bronze finish is intact! For me this is by far the best early BM Meybauer I have ever seen.

    Hope you enjoy!

I have a late war version I got off the WAF board a year ago.

Nice piece!! Not that you could confuse the two, but you do have this bronze Meybauer PAB gem:

                          Thanks for the replies guys!

@Chad, ofcourse I remember that one, it's still one of my all time favorites!!!

@vacollector: indeed a late war hollow zink PAB, but not made by Meybauer. There are some hot discussions regarding the maker of this PAB you should definitely read. Just do a search with the combination of terms as "Schickle", "F&R", "Mayer" (...and "Andreas" sorry I couldn't resist Andreas )
                          Kind regards,
                          Giel
