feel free to give advices. In my opinion this other one looks worse than the first but as many kind of IAB have been produced, a surprise is possible.

IMO this is a Wiedmann solid zinc wrap around hinge,broken with hook

But when i look at the top of the rifle, it looks very different than the first IAB i posted. It looks as if it is really badly done, without detail. Is it possible for an original ?

There are so many IAB-Makers and they make them all different.
Both are original.

I agree with the above statements. If you give you IAB to a good jeweller, he should be able to re-attach the hook with almost no traces.
