Hi Andrei,

Yes, a fine wartime-compatible S&L clasp.

Knowing S&L's postwar activities, you can never be sure when a clasp like this was produced, but the hardware, finish, base metal, etc. are all wartime compatible. These clasps are also to be found on the souvenier boards put together by S&L after the war, so its a good bet their CCCs were made during the war IMO.
