......Both badges look like good TR era awards. However, the one referred to as having been made by 'Rudolph Karneth' is, IMHO, still unknown at this time. No matter what the popular 'consensus' may be..

I can only agree with the others, the first is best known as an RK rather than Karneth.
The 2nd is by Rettenmaier IMO.
