    Hi John,

    The wreath on your example is zinc, no doubt about it. Notice the little oxidtion bubbles on the reverse of the wreath, that is classic sign of zinc-based badges. Also the fact that there is a plate under the catch is another sure sign of a zinc wreath.

      With all respect ! the wreath its tomback, i have a lot of badges and can tell the difference between zink and tomback
