Nice looking piece!
At first I thought the hinge plate was resoldered because of the dark color around it but it all looks fine from the last picture
I'm always amazed to see the quality finish these pieces received. Just check out the way the silver peeled off the gun barrel!Kind regards,

Hi guys,
A fine original for me as well, however I think the catch is replaced. The catchplate is original, but the catch itself is a replacement IMO.
