What makes the badge bad, i also had the owner send pics of the front, to my untrained eye what else is not good

Looking at the rear of the badge, the hinge is incorrect. The tubing is not the correct size. The rivets are not the proper rivets for a JUNCKER badge. And the maker mark, while hard to see, appears to be incorrect.
