The badge was discussed a few weeks ago, I believe. It is a good one, that was most likely stored under bad conditions...

AGREED, and maybe even ground dug and cleaned IMO.

Agree with all the others. Original GAB, Vienna design, stored poorly and probably spent some time underground based on the pitting; then cleaned up.
