Silver CCC for review

Hey guys ,have this for sale on the E Stand and a potential buyer is asking about the finish. If it's been cleaned ,particularly what the white stuff is in the recesses. IMO it's just oxidation from a 70 + year old medal ,but I'm no expert ,so I would appreciate some input. Thanks. Link to E Stand post.....

Yes, seems it was cleaned, but in the recesses it's hard to remove the oxidation. However it is a nice clasp.

Original but cleaned IMO but price reflects this as well.
