Hi Brian,
Not many IABs were made of Nickel Silver, they are quite scarce. The most common to be encountered are those by Juncker, here is one of mine. The few other purely Nickel Silver IABs that I know of are Weidmann and possibly FLL and Assmann; all other makers used brass and/or zinc.

If you use the search function with a few key words you will find a wealth of examples and info
You can't always tell who the maker is, and quite often there is not the final definite proof, but a lot of pointers to a particular maker.
best regards

Could be a zinker though. Notice the marks on the swastika. Doesn't really look like normal zinc bubbling, but could be. Could also be debris in the die that caused this, no sure without looking at it in hand.

Hi Tom,
thanks for the pictures! It's really hard to say if its a NS or zinc badge. If I have a look on the observe I tend to think that it is a heavily polished zinc badge, but I'm not sure. The discolouration of the reverese reminds me on a hollow Egghead IAB I had in my collection some time ago.

Hi Sven,
Could very well be zinc. Thanks for the comparison to your Egghead, I completely agree that they look very similar.
