I bought this at the last MAX show from Helmut Weitze. He said it came from G. Peterson's collection. It is a beautifully made German badge clearly in a style similar to other German badges in terms of the wreath. The top is crowned with the Spanish crown of the Franco period. A large aircraft engine resides in the middle with a streamlined aircraft superimposed on top. The falangist symbol of ribboned arrows is at the bottom. I have talked to some Spanish collector's who said it was given as a reward to the head of the Spanish Aviation ministry in thanks for producing German aircraft or purchasing German aircraft. Not sure which in the broken discussion. Any guidance on what this is would be most helpful. Thanks.
