Is the Frank & Reif GAB one of the more difficult makers to find out there? I seldom see them for sale. Just curious

That would be absolutely true, not megarare but rarer than most. The massive one is even rarer than the semi hollow one.

What do you think, rare, normal or common?

One also does not see them very often, but in my experience the massive marked one is the most elusive one.
