Artillery Gunner's Proficiency Badge anyone?

I've done a search and cannot find this artillery badge. Army Artillery Gunner's Proficiency Badge. I believe it could be a patch and not a metal badge. Has anyone heard of it? I believe it's an artillery shell with surrounding oaks and laurels. I'd love to see one in wear.

That's exactly it. I've found both a wool-backed version and a bevo weave version on the Collector's Guild. They describe it to be worn on the lower right sleeve but the photos show different. Thank you very much for this. Much appreciated, Fred.
