I got some better scans of this badge I posted before. Is it a good one or should I save my money. Thanks for taking a looking for your help. Good to catch be a variant or replaced?

Hi Dennis,

I'm not at all sure about this one. I know this tye of catch just from a fake. This fake you can clearly identify from the riffle butt, but there this example is damaged. Maybe this was done to cover it up that it is a fake? If I were you, I would pass on it and wait for a textbook example, but that's just my personal opinion!

Really close, but IMO no cigar. I checked with the known fake that Sven mentioned (which is really good) and I'll let my arrows (front and back) do the talking...

The real bronze counterpart is pretty difficult to find, which would make this fake even more enticing -to the right jumper.
