    close combat clasp ???

Hi can anyone tell me if the clasp in the pictures looks original.

It is definately bronze with a black metal centre piece behind the crossed dagger and grenade.

it has FEC.W.E PEEKHAUS Berlin on the left and AUSF. AGM D.X GABLONZ on the right hand side.

it is in fairly good condition with a slight discolouration on the left side where the pin is mounted.

I have attached some pictures but if you could let me have any comments and a fair valuation I would appreciate it.

I have a lot more items to post as well.

    Welcome

Hi and Welcome to the Forum Andy. Though I do not see the photos of the clasp in question. If you wish to download pics using this servers attachment option you need to become an Association member (dues paying). You can still post an attachment thread to your pics on say Fotobucket or similar sites for review.
    Good luck,
    Pete

        Not I

No, I just see a blank box in the left corner of your initial post Andy.
I don't know if anyone else has better luck though, Sorry.

Box/link doesn't work for me either.

Pete give some very good advice, there are many good, experienced collectors here at WAF that will gladly offer opinions on your badges, but we need to see pics first. Best advice is to join the forum, well worth the 25 dollars.

If it doesn't have a hinge and catch, I'm not interested......well, maybe a little
