Cased SS 4 years newly offered

Dear all, I have recently been lured towards cased medals and badges. What do you think about this rare piece? Thanks for looking!

The medal is not rare, the case is rare! Super set
    Kind regards,

I agree the set is completely original and in nice conditions.

            My books:

            - THE WEHRPAß & SOLDBUCH OF THE WH
            - THE SS TK RING

Dear all, thanks for the comments. I am glad to be the new owner of the beauty, which just arrived yesterday. As you can see, it is unmarked. I wonder whether it is a Descher example. Please reply. Thanks!

Congratulations on a nice, original set David. SS Service Awards are always unmarked and there is absolutely no evidence (only collector myth) that your example was made by Deschler...we generally refer to them as 'Type II' now.

I totally agree with JC. No one proof support the idea these medals were made from Deschler; it is what we call a "Type II".

It looks like a Type I to me.
