      Hi Greg,

      The badge itself is a fine original. Hardware is obviously replaced, but base badge itself is fine IMO.

            Hi Greg

            I agree with Tom and Scott.

            IMO FLLs are a great design, with many variations throughout their production. Yours looks to be a really nice chunky example, and the hinge could be original but resoldered.

            One of my first IABs was a later FLL with a broken catch, and I guess that's why I have a soft spot for them.

            The one you posted shows plenty of character

                Your not alone with that soft spot Graeme. Great design and the finishes have a tendancy to mellow, giving them that "rich" look. Nice earlier example.
