Fortunately I got a cupal one off the estand just a week or two ago for half of that, not nearly as much finish remaining, but it does make me feel good about finally adding one to my collection.

Hi Rob,
Nice example, glad you were finally able to snag one and its a beauty for sure. Worth the wait, and no IAB collection is complete without an early Juncker. Looking at the reverse shot, I think I see where the head DOES have a slight cut in it, at least thats what it looks like from this distance. But either way, a fine original.
Yours too Stan, lovely example.

Just searching through the Juncker IAB threads and saw this, beautiful badge. I have just purchased my first Juncker IAB ( not yet in hand)
I will post photos once I have it. Recently i stumbled across a Juncker Flak badge and the quality and weighty feel just blew me away, in comparison with many other badges.
When I saw the IAB up for grabs and the stunning detail, quality and finish i just had to have it.
Thanks for sharing.
Regards,
Stuart.

Juncker made a finesse IAB, and, if it's your 1st one, I doubt you'll be disappointed. I guarantee, if you like the 1st, you will want a second. By then, you will be addicted, and, the next thing you know, you have 10! Kidding aside, you'll notice slight differences from one to another, because, no two look exactly alike! It has to do with the metallurgy and slight change-ups in the dies. Good hunting!
