    SS Ring thoughts

    All I have for now, but does anyone have any general impressions (good or bad) from these photos? Thanks, Chris.... This is absolutely 100% out of any knowledge base that I might have, so any help is appreciated...

      Bogus.. crapola.....But you sensed that before you posted it (that's on craigslist isn't it? for 400.)? Save your money for something original.

        Good catch...I'm assuming the dagger is as well, but am not confident (well, enough that skepticism is king) enough looking at the photos, but was leary just based upon the quality of the etching and lack of patina and wear.....but usually where there is one turd, there's an entire dump..... Thanks for a quick reply!

          As an easy, one-look guide they should never have an initial letter

          There are of course many, many other faults too numerous to start to discuss here.

              I messaged the guy last night about his dagger for better photos, got a reply today....it's Pawel Novak, a quick internet search, or if you've been around awhile will tell all with that....Caveat Emptor.
