This is a picture of the back. The close up of the catch looks really crapy. The catch is actually square looking (not round) and is not as bent as it appears in the photo.

Could you post some close-up pictures from the eagle's head, the catch, the hinge and the back of the swaz. Looks like it's an original BWS or a Wurster

in my opinion it's an original so called "deformed leaf" IAB. The maker is considered to be Wilhelm Deumer. Unfortunately the condition is not the best and there's a part missing at the head.
