    GAB 100 & Brehmer PAB 50

    Hello all,

I believe I stumbled across a collection with some high-end fakes in it and I wanted to get a confirmation on these as well. I did not photograph these badges.
Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

          Giel,

Thanks for the help. I feel bad for the guy. All over we find collectors that have their life-savings tied up in this garbage. The problem is that nobody believes they've got something bad no matter how many times you tell them.

.....I'm the jerk, not the crook that sold them these. Just another reason forums like these are yet another powerful collector reference.

A little bit of homework would have saved this collector a pile of money. I feel bad for him, but then at the same time I don't.

                    Hi Bill,

As the others have said, both clear fakes.

It always amazes me how some collectors are just blind to what they have in their collections. Even when pointed to forums like this, they still refuse to believe. After all, they have been collecting for alot longer than we have, so why believe a bunch of young whipper-snappers on the internet.......which is just a fad anyway

Most of those fakes was bought buy collectors in the late 70 to mid 90s before internet.
Back then it was very difficult to tell if it was original or fake when it comes to the two fakes posted in this thread.
They are close but not good.
                      That my opinion about this.

Sad that someone had these thinking they was real sat in there collection.

Any idea how much he paid for them, i hope it was not alot.
