    Infanterie Sturmabzeichen W.H.

    Here is an example of one of the Austrian W. Hobachter IAB's found at a former tailor shop in Holland 2003, which I wanted to share.

    Any comments welcome.

    Nice find

    Maybe the soldier forgot to remove it before taking his tunic in for some stitching or cleaning, then got caught up with Marketgarden or the Retreat across the Rhine.
    Pieces like this help keep the imagination or speculation thriving.
