    Identification help needed .......



    Would someone please identify what this is, and where on the uniform it was worn??

    Is it unusual ?? I have only seen these as part of an officer's cap insignia or as cloth insignia on enlisted men's caps.

    Is it an original WWII item??

    Will anyone hazard an estimate of value>>

      Hello,

      It's a German national tri-color cockade and it would be worn on the front of a uniform cap. The one you show was probably used for the police uniform cap and it does look original to me.
