Bronze IAB - flat, very heavy, good one?

This is one of four items I got this in the mail yesterday from a fellow collector who wants to sell it. One is a definite fake, one is a probable, and this one might be questionable. Take a look and give me the good or bad news:

Heavy Zink, flat back, most of bronze plating is gone, 54 x 48 mm, 39.0 gm, plated white brass hinge and catch, steel pin, strong details.

Back is flat as a pancake.

Here is the hinge and catch.
      What maker made this badge?
Or is it a well made repro?
They're getting so good I can hardly tell anymore.

I like the strong strike, it doesn't look cast, my first impression is that it is good.

        Hello,

in my opinion it's an original IAB in Funcke & BrĂ¼ninghaus Design with the standard reverse system and 1 vein between the eagle and the bajonett (they exist with 3, too).

I second that. Believe this is the heaviest IAB that we know of.
