Adolf Scholze is a good possiblity, but I don't think we have figured that out for sure quite yet. Problem is that we have other PABs that are considered to be Adolf Scholze (The "A.S." marked examples). Both type of PABs are solid-backed production, so its weird that one maker would produce two separate lines of PAB designs at the same time, with different maker marks.
Furthermore, I believe member "Skip" contacted the firm Adolf Scholze and they confirmed the use of A.S. during the war, but not the "AS in Triangle".
I think that is the latest info on this type of badge, which is simply known as "AS in Triangle".
For sure a Gablonz-based maker, but exactly who I am not sure.
