IMO, way too much. That three-place medal bar is only worth about $150, so I would say about $550-600 for the whole lot.

Allan P posted the badge on page 1, post number 8. Then on page 2, posts number 28 & 29 he shows the front and reverse of the badge from the packet. Frank H also shows another one of these fakes on page 2, posts number 16 & 17.

The sharp, angled edges of these IABs remind me of this fake LW Para badge, marked Hans Gnad. No doubt that the Para badge is fake as well, wonder if they are from the same source?

Ok, well, i told him that any offer would be around £300 from me and that his price was 3 times the market value and here was the response I got:

Look, you are talking out of your idiotic backside. I gave you prices for 6 or so original items of German kit, 3 medal bar, 2 x infantry assault, mine clearance etc and you say the value is £300. I will get the prices asked for those items without any problem as I have many knowledgeable collectors in both what they are wanting and the value so please don't bother yourself with a reply to this email. I have no time to waste on you. Go buy what you want from where ever but it won't ever be from me. Try the link below, go bother some one else

Well, you certainly made the right choice by walking away.

Idiots like this will go to their grave with all this crap still in their possession. Then their wives and kids will find out what this stuff is REALLY worth. Nice way to screw over your own family
