The only thing i can find about it is something about the Dutch SS...

Hello Nick,

First badge is a Belgium after war capbadge other two are Dutch Mlv militaire vaardigheids insignes.
I was in the Dutch army in the 90's and earned the same badge so ss makes no sence at all.
