Driver Badge Ok?

Hi.
Just got this Driver badge in silver and I have no experience of them. I think its a good one but I would really appreciate some input on it.

Its magnetic so thats a good sign anyway.





Normally I never buy first and ask later but this was practically free so I went for it.

It looks like a genuine cut from uniform piece as it does have jagged edges. Nice one in Silver.

Thanks gentlemen, nice to hear that my 3 euros wasn't wasted.

I never cared for these awards before but they are quite nice, especially then they are on a piece of tunic. I might even buy some more.

Btw, did the Heer use black wool backing? I know black is panzer but its from a green uniform.

The back cloth can be replaced. Maybe the badge lost its back plate and someone added the cloth.
