Fake Honor Clasp on a Real EKII Ribbon?

Is there anyway to tell if the ribbon's good besides the fact it doesn't glow? The clasp makes me feel bad about the ribbon, glowing or not

I am usually do fire test on the ribbons if I am not sure.

If the ribbon to sizzle is not a good sign.When is smolder I am glad .
Hope so I am wroted correctly.
