Looks like a very nice quality "broken stem" IAB, with the not so common flat wire "C"-catch. The close-ups reveal a better than average "broken stem" IMO, however, most of the finish has been lost.

Finish was lost because of excessive cleaning. This is also the reason the whole set up is plain tombak. An original piece but I wouldn't want to pay too much for it.
