Hi guys,

I would like to show you my new IAB in silver made by an unknown maker with the maker mark "M.K.1.".
I'm not at all sure about the finish. It's the first time that I see a finish like this on an IAB of the M.K. series. What do you think about it?

Rarely seen with a thick Brennlac. Interesting design on the MK. Nice.

any furhter comments on the finish? I made the Aceton test and just the black colour went off a little bit.

Hi guys,

some further pictures of the finish. I think it's strange, because on some areas it looks like the black coulour is over the silver finish, but on others it looks like it's under the silver finish.

Don't clean off the black Sven. IMO, that black patina, mixed with the silver brennlac gives it a great look. You rarely see a later badge age like that. Great piece!
