If someone can't tell a good one from a bad one I suggest that they read more books & study harder or find another hobby possibly. I see some shown here that are an absolute Joke ! But I see moe originals than fakes thank goodness. I know about this hobby...I've been in it since the early 50's

Not everyone here has been collecting as long as you have.

Granted, that you seem to keep it simple(good or bad period). But.....the aim of this Forum is to learn from each other, and find our way to the good pieces, and sometimes it involves trial and error.

The classifications that seem to irritate you have come about by research and study; coupled with genuine desire to categorize this particular sub-field of collecting in a organized method.

If you disagree with this method that is fine, but I see no need for anyone to hold it in ridicule.

If, along the way, you may have discovered how to recognize TDB's by manufacturer I, for one, would be happy to see the results of your findings.

By the way: I've only been collecting TR since the 60's, and I learn new things to this day.

Hello Tom , I am sorry about that word "type" . Beacause of my poor English , I usually usea translation software to help my writing . Now we all know this translation software is not work , hahaha . It used to translate some wrong word . I will learn more English and change a better software . And thank you experts , you always forgiving my bad English . Best wishes from ShangHai .

Forgot this forum IS a learning tool also !

Ya know know sometimes I forget that this forum is a learning tool also....sorry about that ! I guess I'm from the "Old" school where books and looking a items was all we had to go by. Also there were not a hundred fakes for every good one you would see. I'm still learning also. Tom
