    Army para badge

Guys, first post. I am responsible for selling the estate of a long time collector of airborne insignia for his daughter. He collected from 1960 until his death two weeks ago. His collection ranged from the 1940s until recently and covered insignia from all countries.

He had four WWII Greman para badges which I would like verified good or bad. Mike

Wow that's an ugly fake. Just for the record it has nothing in common within original other than the general shape.

                old repro

They were making these types of repros before many of us were born. This type may have been around for 50 - 60 yrs. He may not have known it was as were a lot of collectors back then may have substantiated it.

                        Hi Alan,

I can only agree with the others, a very poor fake and very far from original Junckers in terms of quality and design.

                          Hi guys,

I am moving this thread to the Army awards forum, rather than the Luftwaffe.
