I can only agree with Jordi, a fine original by an unknown maker.

Nice "been there" look on that one. What's nice about the broken stem, even Deschler (which this one closely resembles) is the strong finish used. Originally, this piece would have "glistened" as white as snow. The finish typically doesn't "bubble" over time -which probably is a combination of a higher quality zinc, including the plating process, before the "schnee" was applied. Well executed, zinc based ISA.
