My CCC in gold

Hello all.

Just thought I would share some pics of my CCC gold. A photographer-friend of mine just took pictures of my entire collection, so the pictures are better then the ones I can take.

Looks very good to me, although the pics are still not the best.

The powdered gold finish looks correct IMO, and a good amount still on the obverse. And its got the correct FLL backplate, always good to see.

Nice example, would love to see some better closeups if you can manage.

I don't really have the camera to take good pictures (who am I kidding, I'm clueless). I have tried to make the best of the pictures I've got.

Anything particular you had in mind for better pictures?

The picture of the clasp is a bit foggy, unforgenantly...

For me, this is a gold clasp. The finish has a distinctive "look" to it compared to the bronze CCCs by this maker. As Tom describes a "powdered" gold. Nice clasp!

I must say, it is the jewel in my badge-collection. I have more or less shiftet my focus towards Wehrpässe/Soldbücher/documents in general. But there are certain medals that I will not part with.

My two other CCC's are quite heavily worn, but I like them that way.
