    Hello,

the heer flak is imo a fake. The RSS IAB looks good to me, the second one is questionable. Some collectors like them, some donĀ“t. I would not pay much for the second piece because of these reasons.

    Regards,

    Daniel

            Hi guys,

I would agree that the RS flak is a fake.

And I am in the group that think the hollow S&L IAB are post war, it has 57er type reverse hardware and was likely made around that time IMO.

The RSS IAB looks good, but very smooth. I am wondering if it has been cleaned and polished...

If it doesn't have a hinge and catch, I'm not interested......well, maybe a little

              Tom,

Does the RS look Hero to you? Reminds me of hist castings. I could be off, but it is a nice job. The "solder" around the catch in particular.

              Nick.

                Hi Nick,

That was my first thought too, but I see some good points that are typically not on his fakes. And I also like the different metals of the badge versus the pin. So I think it has been polished up so much that it looks weird. But I will double check tonight.
