I just picked this up at a yard/estate sale today. The seller in the nephew of the US vet who brought it back. He had a lot of common stuff but this is the only thing I picked up. Can I get some opinions please?

Thanks guys for the feedback. Here are the photos from the craigslist add where I spotted the APB. In fact I didn't even go to the sale on the first day as I thought everything would be sold instantly or be way overpriced.
My buddy went and bought the pole top, wehrpass and HJ armband. I showed up to the sale on Saturday morning which was the second day and the APB was still there.....Comment
