I can understand why this badge was flagged up. The appearance is of poor quality and it is certainly not textbook.

As already pointed out, some areas are missing. Maybe the die has shifted or something along those lines. The following pic shows the green area already pointed out in this thread, and other red areas that may have been caused by the same problem.
