      I agree...a nice looking badge with lots of finish but the catch is busted.

                IMHO the badge that Mike shows us demonstrates what is considered typical construction for RK.

                I am not sure whether yours is a variant of RK, or a different manufacturer altogether. There is also a difference in the blood groove on your badge, when compared to other, known accepted examples of RK GAB's. This has been pointed out several times in the recent past.

                  With all the copies and refinishes in abundance, it is always nice to see a badge that looks original straightaway. Yours is one of those in my opinion.
